Systemic Practice, What Is it and How Can it Help Me?
Within systems there is a continuous interaction between the space you are given and the space you take. By working systemically to clean up and reprogram your system, you as a person stand more powerfully within the whole.Â
What Are Systems?
The whole Universe is made up of structures. From very large structures, like the solar system, to very small structures, like the structure of your cells. Everything is a structure and part of a larger structure; or system.Â
The same goes for your entire being. You are made up of systems, for example:
- the systems in your physical body, such as your immune and digestive systems
- your energy system, consisting of different bodies, main chakras (which make up your operating system), aura, and energy field. You can read more about this in the book Your Being. Â
In addition, you are part of countless small, large, and extensive systems. Such as your family system, the school system, society, etc.
Family System and Family Constellations
Although you are an individual, you are also part of family systems. Families in this life, such as the family you were born into and any in-laws. But also families from other lives. Read more about the family system and the energetic impact of family constellations
How Do Systems Affect Me?
Every system that you are part of, participate in, or have a connection with affects you. You have an energy field; so do others within the system. These energy fields resonate with each other and together form a new energy field and therefore a collective consciousness. Within the collective consciousness there are beliefs, for example about how you should behave. Based on this, you fulfill roles.Â
In addition to the collective consciousness within the system, the system itself also has a consciousness. This is a self-contained entity with a "unit body." This is not literally a body, but represents the whole of the system and contains a center of gravity. For example, consider a family unit body for a family system and a business unit body for the entity of the business.Â
The energy of the consciousness of the "entity body" comes from the origin of the system and the ideals plus beliefs behind it. The entity consciousness is leading, although it is fed by the collective consciousness within the system. It is collaborative and interacts with each other.
Systems have a center of gravity. Since everything is a system, both natural life and objects, everything has its own center of gravity and a common center of gravity. To clarify, your center of gravity is your focal point, or being, whereas in a group of people, the collective center of gravity is in the middle of the system, i.e. outside yourself. This has to do with the metaphysical lawLaw of the Center of Gravity
Learn more about the operation and influence of systems on your life, and how you can direct them yourself, in the book Your Beliefs.Â
What Are Systemic Problems?
Systemic problems involve an imbalance or dysfunction of the system that affects you as an individual. Examples are family karma or energy in the family line passed down from generation to generation. But also, for example, systems that you or your children do not fit into or function well in, such as the school system.Â
Systemic Practice
The term "systemic work" is commonly used to work on roles, patterns and dynamics that arise from systems that you as an individual are a part of, such as the family system. Â
We consider systemic practice and healing to be the cleaning up and reprogramming of your energy system. Within systems there is a continuous interaction between the space you are given and the space you take.Â
By reprogramming patterns stored in your causal body and detaching yourself from the projections arising from roles, more space is created for you as an individual. Whereby you as a person stand more powerfully within the whole and you have more "bargaining room" in the continuous interaction.Â
It's so in my system...
It may be that you do want to change something, but keep falling back into old patterns. Then realize that this has to do with the programming in your causal body, the body of cause and effect that stores experiences and emotions. You can change this yourself when your mental body has enough energy and strength to carry the change through to your spiritual and causal body. Often there are blockages due to trauma that prevent this from working the way you want it to. In that case you can resolve those with a healing.
Systemic Practice During Training
Do you not want to keep moving along with or be swallowed up by other people's energy, choices and emotions, but rather discover who you are and what you want, learn to stay true to yourself, make your own choices and recognize and indicate boundaries? Do you want to resolve things in yourself, so that you can grow and transform your life into the pleasant life you want? Sign up for the training Personal and Spiritual Leadership.
