It Seems Like I Am Becoming More Sensitive, How Can That Be?

More sensitive to other people's moods, more sensitive to atmospheres, more sensitive to certain foods. More and more people are experiencing a form of high sensitivity that they didn't have before. And are more likely to be overstimulated than before. What causes this and what can you do about it? 

  • "Crowded places with lots of people, I avoid it these days because I can't stand it anymore."
  • "The crowds at work with all those people, it completely drains me."
  • "I literally felt her pain, it made me feel lousy myself."

Do I Have HSP or Am I Highly Sensitive?

We are in a transition from earth energy to air energy. In the past, most people had filters around them which separated their own energy from external energy, such as energy from others or from other dimensions. With the changing energy, these filters are gradually falling away. This means that you become more sensitive and pick up energy from outside yourself more easily. This is not only true for you, this is true for everyone.  

Only, many people have no idea of the changing energy and what this means energetically. They do notice that they become more sensitive, don't like it or think there is something wrong, and look within mainstream medicine for a solution. Often they are given a label, such as HSP, ADHD or depressed, and medications to function normally. What they are actually doing with this is suppressing themselves; numbing themselves.
