You can eat very healthy and exercise a lot, but still live energetically unhealthy. Many people take energy from others and process it. They are energetically a trash can into which everyone else dumps energy, with all its consequences.Â

However, your energy system consists of several bodies, chakras, aura, and energy field. Together they form one whole. Keeping your energy system healthy is secondary for many people because it is unknown. Yet it is crucial to your health and well-being.Â

Discharging energy is essential to rid yourself of unnecessary energy. To throw off accumulated tension. Everyone does this. This can be done in healthy ways, such as laughing, walking, or playing music. But also in an unhealthy way, by dumping energy on others.Â
Energy Dump
Children are taught from an early age that it is better to suppress the energy behind negative emotions. Don't yell, don't hit, stop crying, don't be so busy. This teaches behavior that is socially desirable, but that keeps the energy behind emotions present. And this energy needs to get out. Unconsciously, dumping energy on others becomes a method of getting rid of it.
Energetic Trash Can?
Throughout the day, there are people unconsciously dumping energy on you. They literally dump their story on you. They got rid of it, but you are stuck with it. This dumping of energy damages or pollutes your system. This manifests itself in physical complaints, such as headaches, no or too much energy, or that all kinds of things are constantly going wrong in your life. This is why it is important to shield your energy system and discharge it continuously so that you only work out your energy of life lessons and not someone else's.
Shielding the Energy Field
