A New Job? Energetic Tips
Do you want a new job or have a new job? Remember to adjust the energetic setting to your desire or the new situation. How to do that? Read the energetic tips.Â
I Want a New Job, How Do I Do That?
We will leave out the standard tips, such as updating your resume and writing a cover letter, here. Those speak for themselves.Â
Step 1: What Do I Want in My New Job?
When you want to change jobs, it's important to figure out what you like. Not just in terms of the job you want to do, but precisely in what kind of setting you want to do your work:
- What kind of company do you want to work for?
How do you want the company to be in the world and society? How do you want the company to treat employees? Do you think this is important or do you really not care at all? - What kind of atmosphere do you want to work in?
For example, what do you find more important: a cozy team having lunch together or a team with professionals who each have their own responsibilities? - What kind of management do you like? Do you want direct guidance from your manager? Or do you want more self-management?Â
Step 2: Finding a New Job, Searching Energetically
As soon as you have clarified this for yourself, you can process it in your essential intention and set it out via an energetic campaign. How you do this is described in detail in the book Your Beliefs.Â
In addition, you ask your main guide to lead you to the company and the vacancy that match. Do you find it difficult to recognize guide hints? Then follow the healing program Who Am I | Higher Self.Â
Step 3: Apply for a Job, Energetically Empowered
Once you see something that matches what you want, and you decide to apply:
- Program your application, you do this with your thought power and using the metaphysical laws.Â
- Have a conversation with the higher consciousness of the company and show what you can do for the company.Â
- Energetically greet all those involved in the application and use energetic conversational influence. How you do this is covered in the book Your Beliefs.Â
Have you used all of this and still didn't make it? Then trust that this position or this company is apparently not the one for you after all. And that you needed this experience as training. For when something more suitable comes your way.Â
I Have a New Job, How Do I Ensure a Smooth Transition?
Again, we'll leave out the standard tips, such as finishing neatly to the end and building in a rest period for yourself.Â
Step 1: Disconnect Energy Previous Company
When you want to make a fresh, new start, it is important to shut down the old, also energetically. You do this by:Â
- Having a conversation with the higher consciousness of the company where you worked so that it is clear that you are no longer connected to the company.Â
- Clearing your name so that it is no longer connected to the name of the company. How to do this is covered in the book Your Being.Â
- Getting your energy back through the Back to Source exercise (explained in the book Je zijn and in the book Your Karma) and optimizing your connections so your energy no longer flows toward the company. If you have been working for the company from home, cleanse your workroom as well. Â
Step 2: Connect with Your New Company and Your New Colleagues
- Have a conversation with the higher consciousness of the company and make it clear that you now work for the company and that you are working together toward the company goal.Â
- Energetically greet your new supervisor and teammates and use energetic conversational influence. How you do this is covered in the book Your Beliefs.
- Program the signature you use when communicating on behalf of the company.Â
Sometimes in a new job, you may suddenly run into things that didn't bother you before. Then remember that your new job is also a place to work on your karma and learn your life lessons . You can smooth these processes. How to do this, you can read in the book Your Karma.Â
