De maansknopen (punten waarop de maan tijdens eclipsen de baan van de zon kruist) staan sinds januari 2022 tegenover elkaar op de Stier – Schorpioen as en blijven ongeveer 1,5 jaar op deze as; verduisteringen vinden dus tijdens deze periode plaats op deze as.

De tekens waarbinnen dit gebeurt, markeren daarmee een belangrijk thema voor de komende periode dat wordt geïntensiveerd ten tijden van de zons- en maansverduistering. En het thema Stier – Schorpioen representeert een balans te vinden tussen onze levensstijl in de fysieke wereld en onze spirituele essentie.
