Focal Point | Having Overview
All your bodies come together centered in your focal point. Being in your focal point brings you directly to yourself. Into your being.
The energetic exercise Focal point makes it a lot easier to see what is going on around you. This is not only necessary to think clearly in panic situations, for example, but also when you need your attention at work or school.
- Make sure you are completely present in your body ( through the energetic exercise Here and now) and grounded (exercise Grounding).
- Go to your focal point (this point is in your belly below your navel) by placing one hand on your belly and one hand on your lower back. Breathe toward the hand on your belly.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 the moment you notice that you no longer have focus. You are then literally out of your focal point; not focused.
