What Is a Chakra?
Een chakra is een krachtveld. De energie die door je chakra’s stroomt, bevat informatie die je lichaam, maar ook je leven aanstuurt. Je chakra’s zijn de verbindende factor van al je verschillende lichamen. Ook maak je verbinding met anderen via je chakra’s, het zorgt ervoor dat je elkaar kunt aanvoelen.Â
In Connection Through Chakras
The energy you radiate from your chakras is your aura. The 1st chakra to the 7th chakra and aura together form your energy field; your radiance. It connects you to other consciousness on Earth: people, animals and nature.
When you are physically near each other, you unconsciously make a connection through your chakras. This is necessary to communicate with each other. The connection through the chakras allows you to sense and "read" each other.Â
Energiestroming van je chakra's
From your 12th chakra the energy flows to the 11th chakra, 10th chakra, 9th chakra to your 1st chakra from where it can connect to the consciousness of the Earth through grounding. This is the natural flow of manifestation (birth). The first inhalation.
This also means that you have a final exhalation. The natural flow of letting go (death). This is the disconnection of consciousness from the Earth to then withdraw the energy from your 1st chakra, 2nd chakra, 3rd chakra, etc. to go through the gateway of your 12th chakra.
These are the two extremes. Everything in between is life. This continuous flow of energy between your 12th chakra and 1st chakra is a polarity. This means that the energy flows both ways. The information in the energy determines who you are.
Welke chakra's heb ik?
Je fysiek lichaam alleen heeft al meer dan honderd chakra’s. Een aantal daarvan behoort tot de twaalf hoofdchakra’s, de overige chakra’s zijn energiepunten, zoals in handen en voeten. - 1th chakra, wortelchakra: basis van de wervelkolom, centrum van veiligheid en comfort.
- 2e chakra, sacraal chakra: bekken, centrum van oercreativiteit – seksualiteit.
- 3e chakra: plexus solaris chakra: middenrif, de volledige reeks van menselijke emoties.
- 4e chakra, hartchakra: bovenste borst, centrum van liefde.
- 5e chakra, keelchakra: bij je keel, het volledige bereik van menselijke expressie.
- 6e chakra, derde oog chakra: voorhoofd, centrum van intuïtie en wijsheid.
- 7e chakra, kruinchakra: bovenkant van het hoofd, realiteit van onbeperkt potentieel.

Besturingssysteem
De hoofdchakra’s buiten je fysiek lichaam zorgen dus voor de verbinding tussen je verschillende lichamen (chakra 8 t/m 11) en de connectie met je hoger bewustzijn (12e chakra).Â
De chakra’s zorgen ervoor dat het werkt als één geheel; het vormt samen je besturingssysteem. Chakra’s hebben dus invloed op lichaam, geest en je leven. De chakra’s kunnen alle informatie uit het universum en van je hoger bewustzijn in de vorm van energie verbinden. Your Energy Determines the Course of Your Life
Via de energiestromen tussen de chakra’s wissel je informatie uit. De energiestroom tussen de chakra’s gaat beide kanten op. Wanneer energie van je fysieke chakra’s (1e t/m 7e) naar je spirituele chakra’s (8e t/m 12e) stroomt, wil je dat de energie zo schoon mogelijk is. In je 11e chakra wordt namelijk je levenspad op basis van oorzaak en gevolg continu aangepast door de energie die daarin terechtkomt. Ben je angstig, dan leef je een angstig leven. Is de energie geblokkeerd, dan blokkeert je leven. Leef je in vertrouwen, dan leef je in je kracht.
