When the annual budget does not cover the full costs, we can spread the invoicing over multiple calendar years.

Sometimes people choose to have a portion paid by their employer and a portion paid by themselves. That is also possible.

Who are you undertaking the program with?

We are Astrid van Pluuren and Jarno Tiethoff, founders of Lead a normal life and authors of the books You are, You want, You're burdened, and You're strong.

Astrid has extensive experience with large, complex change processes within organizations and guiding teams and individuals through them. She approached this with an energetic, analytical, and practical approach. She brings clarity to patterns and dynamics that operate beneath the surface.

Jarno focuses on soul liberation and energetic development. In his healing sessions, he works on deeper layers of the energy system, where patterns, karmic connections, and tensions are stored.

Within Lead a normal life, they complement each other: Astrid provides insight and interpretation, while Jarno works through healings on the energetic layers where change actually occurs.
