The date, time, and place of your birth combined with the positions of the planets at exactly that moment determine the unique programming you come to Earth with. 

Your higher self has a purpose for your life on Earth and directs the place and moment of birth. During your first inhalation you receive the energy of exactly that moment in that place, which is determining for the rest of your life.

In the two years prior to your birth, your higher consciousness has written your life plan. You come to earth with your life plan, corresponding karma and everything you need for this.

Your life plan contains reference points, these are moments that are fixed and happen anyhow. The way toward them is the life path you choose for yourself. What you will encounter along the way are karmic situations. When you encounter them is closely related to the current position of the planets and the positions of your natal planets. Plus how quickly you learn your lessons, ignore them or create extra karma.

Depending on your life lessons and goals

The planets with the longest orbital periods have the greatest influence on transformations. Whereas almost everyone goes through several Saturn cycles and more than one Chiron cycle, this is not the case for planets with longer orbital periods, such as Pluto (248 years), Neptune (165 years), and Uranus (84 years). 

Whether these planets make an aspect with a specific other planet during your life depends entirely on your personal birth chart. And thus your life plan and whether or not you have set a life lesson for yourself as a goal in a particular area of life in this lifetime.
