Intuition and inner knowing
You feel something. But you don't know if you can trust it.
Sometimes you know it right away. An inspiration, a direction, a clear realization. And yet, doubt follows. Is this correct? Am I seeing this right? Is this intuition, or am I making it up? What initially seemed clear then becomes murky. And then confusion arises.
Often, people think their intuition isn't working well. That they aren't sensitive enough, can't pick up on things, or need to learn to feel better first. But usually, the problem lies somewhere else.
Your intuition is there. It's just that what you perceive doesn't always come through clearly. This can cause you to doubt something that is correct, or to trust something that is incorrect. This makes this subject more treacherous than it appears at first glance.
Is it intuition, or something else?
What you feel often seems like intuition, but it's not always. Many people rely on their gut feelings, even though those feelings can be colored by what's going on in their system. Then something can feel very strong, while still leading you in the wrong direction.
Your intuition is not misleading you, but beliefs, projections, or non-native energy that gets in the way can. Then you are not reacting to what truly is, but to what is stored or activated within you.
That's precisely why intuition is not the same as impulse, emotion, or a strong inner reaction. And not everything you feel strongly is automatically true.
What intuition is
Intuition is what you perceive. It can arise as a clear realization, a sudden inspiration, a direction that presents itself, or a knowing without explanation.
It's not about inventing, analyzing, or weighing. It's also not about tension or emotion. Intuition is perception. It's what you pick up, see, hear, or know from different layers of yourself. That's what we call inner knowing.
Often there is noise on the line, causing you to miss or misinterpret it. During the Energetic Self-Guidance & Leadership Trajectory Are you working on purifying those layers, so that your inner knowing becomes purer and can come through more clearly.
Inner confidence is related to this.
Intuition and inner trust belong together, but they are not the same. Your intuition can be there, even if you don't dare to trust it. You feel something, but then you dismiss it. You try to reason about it logically, check it, or first seek confirmation outside yourself.
When inner confidence is lacking, you dare to follow what you perceive less. You doubt yourself more quickly, even when your intuition is correct. The opposite also holds true something important. If you are filled with noise, projections, or programming, something can feel convincing while it is not pure.
So it's not just about having more trust in what you feel, but also about learning to distinguish where that feeling comes from.
Not everything you perceive is pure
Your intuition is always there. But what lies between, determines what you experience. As long as your system is polluted or colored, your perception is also colored. This can be due to, among other things, projections from others, non-native energies, emotional charge, tension, or patterns stored in your system.
This not only makes it harder to see clearly what really is, but it can also send you in the wrong direction. So it's not just that you can doubt what's correct, but you can also trust in what's incorrect, simply because it feels strong and you don't realize something is in between.
What if you trust your gut feeling, but you're influenced by an energy? Then your feeling can send you in a completely wrong direction.
You don't develop intuition. You unleash it.
So the question isn't whether you have intuition. The question is how much is in between. Many people try to learn to feel better, while the real change lies in clearing away what clouds your perception.
The clearer your system, the purer what you perceive. And the clearer the difference becomes between noise, reaction, and inner knowing. Your intuition doesn't get stronger; it comes through stronger when there's less in between.
If you continue to doubt what you feel, it's usually not just because of your intuition. It's because of the layers that color your perception and the extent to which you trust yourself. As long as nothing changes in that regard, the same thing will keep happening. Then you'll keep searching for clarity while your system is still full of what's disrupting that clarity. Then you'll keep alternating between doubt and conviction, without truly knowing what is pure.
Intuition: Learn to recognize and trust it
Intuition isn't just about what you perceive. It's also about what you do with it. You can learn:
- to recognize the difference between intuition and reaction
- distinguishing inspiration from noise
- to feel what is yours and what is not
- to trust when it does make sense
But that's often only really possible if your system is clear enough.
