How much space do you give yourself?
How much space you allow yourself becomes visible in moments when you want something different than what your environment expects of you. Or when you want something for yourself instead of for what you are a part of.
Because you can lead, have a strong opinion, and be socially successful, while still living within invisible boundaries in other areas.
For example, that you take up all the space when your expertise is asked for, but much less when it comes to what you desire. Or that you can excellently represent the interests of an organization or team, but find it harder to want something for yourself.
Then you reach a deeper layer of freedom, namely inner freedom.
You are often your own biggest limitation
But how much freedom do you truly experience when your choices are limited by your need to be useful, to belong, to disappoint no one, to be liked, or to be seen?
The biggest limitation is often not that it is impossible, but because you do not consider it possible.
“It's not possible, because I have responsibilities and obligations that I need to fulfill. I have a family, I need to pay my fixed expenses, I have a certain lifestyle I want to maintain, etc.”
Invisible boundaries you impose on yourself
Of course those responsibilities are real. But often the situation itself is not the limitation, but the belief that there are no other possibilities.
By freeing yourself from your own beliefs and thought patterns, you will begin to see space again where you no longer saw it before.
How much of your life is determined by invisible boundaries that you have come to believe in? Do you truly give yourself permission to take up your space? Even when that means letting go of expectations, pushing boundaries, or making choices that your immediate environment does not understand?
That is what we are working on during the Energetic Self-Guidance & Leadership Trajectory. Stripping it back layer by layer to your own core, energy, and strength. No longer moving along with or being swallowed up by other people's energy, choices, and emotions, but discovering who you are and what you want, learning to stay true to yourself, making your own choices, and recognizing and setting boundaries.
