You are largely shaped by your upbringing, culture, and society. You learn how you are supposed to behave, what roles you are expected to fill, and what you need to comply with. In doing so, you often become unconsciously alienated from your true self, your inner wisdom, and your unique talents. In fact, your strengths and talents are often suppressed or exploited, causing you to no longer dare to show them. Much effort is directed towards keeping you small, making you dependent, or making you submissive. But you are more than the physical body in which your daily consciousness resides; you are a multidimensional energetic being that constantly exchanges energy with visible and invisible forces. Your physical reality is directly influenced by your existence in other realities. As soon as you learn to know and apply that reality, you discover that you are not powerless, but rather have influence: over yourself, your surroundings, and the direction of your life. Then a source of power that was always present within you opens up: embody the reality of your true strength.
“True strength comes from within, but only through practice do you master it."
