During these two days, we explore how you and your business can (re)reinforce each other. So that personal fulfillment and economic health come together.

What aspects of this company truly fit you, and what are you doing solely because it generates money, originated that way, or because you think that is how running a business is supposed to be?
And what are some things that are a perfect fit for you, but have never worked well from a business perspective?
We deliberately start not with your company, but with you.
Who are you when you set your business aside for a moment? We’ll also compare that with your personal astrological information to get a clearer picture of your natural qualities, your path of growth, and the way in which you can best shine.
Daarna leggen we je onderneming ernaast. We analyseren de economische werkelijkheid: je aanbod, klanten, omzet, marges, winst, prijsstelling en kosten. Maar ook naar je positionering, marketing, acquisitie, processen, medewerkers en vooral naar jouw eigen rol binnen het geheel.
Aan het einde van de dag ontstaat zo een veel helderder beeld van de afstand, of de aansluiting, tussen wie jij bent, hoe jij wilt leven en de onderneming die je hebt gebouwd.

Op de tweede dag gaan we een laag dieper.
Je onderneming komt voort uit jouw creatie- en manifestatiekracht en is direct van invloed op jouw energie.
Jij ontwikkelt je en je onderneming ontwikkelt zich ook.
Je bent het ooit met een bepaalde intentie begonnen, in de loop der jaren komen er energetische invloeden op het bedrijf,
bijvoorbeeld projecties van concurrenten en klanten, of de energie van medewerkers en gebeurtenissen.
Deze bepalen mede welke kant het bedrijf op beweegt.
We onderzoeken daarom de energetische wisselwerking tussen jou en je onderneming: wat voedt elkaar,
wat kost energie en wat werkt nog steeds door terwijl het niet meer past bij waar jij of je onderneming nu staan?
Ook kijken we naar de astrologische informatie van de onderneming. Waar liggen kansen en uitdagingen?
In welke fase bevindt het bedrijf zich? En hoe verhoudt de aard en ontwikkeling van de onderneming zich tot die van jou?
Waar relevant kunnen daar energetische interventies of oefeningen uit volgen.
Daarna komt het zakelijke deel weer terug. Want aan inzicht alleen heb je niet zoveel. Het gaat erom wat je ermee doet.
Aan het einde van deze dag ligt er een herontwerp van je onderneming op hoofdlijnen met
strategische keuzes en concrete veranderingen.
Je bepaalt wat je wilt behouden, versterken, veranderen en stoppen.
Daaruit volgen strategische keuzes, prioriteiten voor de eerste 90 dagen en concrete veranderingen.

2 weken na de 2-daagse hebben we een individuele sessie.
Je hebt dan tijd gehad om alles te laten bezinken en wellicht al de eerste veranderingen in de praktijk kunnen brengen.
Tijdens deze sessie toetsen we je plan, brengen we waar nodig hoofd- en bijzaken aan en kijken we waar aanvullend advies nodig is. Daarna leggen we vast hoe je het plan daadwerkelijk gaat doorvoeren.

Deze 2-daagse is bedoeld voor ondernemers bij wie wat persoonlijk klopt en zakelijk werkt uit elkaar loopt.
Misschien heb je een gezonde, winstgevende onderneming, waar je in het verleden veel voor terug hebt gekregen, maar die steeds minder past bij wie jij nu bent en hoe jij nu wilt leven.
