What aspects of this company truly fit you, and what are you doing solely because it generates money, originated that way, or because you think that is how running a business is supposed to be?
And what are some things that are a perfect fit for you, but have never worked well from a business perspective?
We deliberately start not with your company, but with you.
Who are you when you set your business aside for a moment? We’ll also compare that with your personal astrological information to get a clearer picture of your natural qualities, your path of growth, and the way in which you can best shine.
Next, we compare your business alongside it. We analyze the economic reality: your offer, customers, revenue, margins, profit, pricing, and costs. But we also look at your positioning, marketing, acquisition, processes, employees, and above all, your own role within the whole.
At the end of the day, this creates a much clearer picture of the distance, or the connection, between who you are, how you want to live, and the business you have built.

On the second day, we go a layer deeper.
Your business stems from your creative and manifestative power and directly impacts your energy.
You are evolving and your business is evolving too.
You started it with a certain intention at some point, and over the years, energetic influences attach themselves to the business,
for example projections of competitors and customers, or the energy of employees and events.
These help determine the direction in which the company moves.
We are therefore investigating the energetic interaction between you and your business: what feeds each other,
What costs energy and is still running even though it no longer fits where you or your business currently stand?
We also look at the company's astrological information. Where are the opportunities and challenges?
What phase is the company in? And how do the nature and development of the business relate to your own?
Where relevant, energetic interventions or exercises may follow from this.
Then the business part returns, because insight alone isn't all that useful. It's about what you do with it.
At the end of this day, a high-level redesign of your business will be ready with
strategic choices and concrete changes.
You determine what you want to keep, strengthen, change, and stop.

I have been an entrepreneur myself for most of my working life. First as an independent consultant and project manager, and since 2020 as the founder of Lead a normal life.
Within LANL, I am responsible for the business model, the development of our products and services, and the strategy behind them. In doing so, we maintain a clear guiding principle: what we do must be sound in content, financially viable, and contribute to the life we want to lead.
Before that, I worked for years as an interim professional on complex change processes. I analyzed the existing situation, mapped out what was needed to achieve the ambition, translated that into a concrete approach, and was responsible for the actual implementation.
During these 2 days, I combine my business and analytical experience with energetic and astrological knowledge.
